To be super healthy, human body needs sufficient intake of water. Without adequate water, the body cells starts shrinking, so the brain will signal to urinate less. All these actions happens through kidneys in case our body don’t take enough water intake. Water is essential not only for excretion of waste, it requires for normal metabolism of body parts. It helps the body to remove toxins from the body in the form of urine and sweat. In case of insufficient intake of water, the toxins buildup within organs causing organ failure.

Health experts say that men should drink an average of 3.7 litres (15.5 cups) of water and women on an average should drink 2.7 litres (11.5 cups) of water.
